Very close to the city center, museums, restaurants, bars (10 min walk). Excellent service from the first moment of our arrival. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, French and German. Indoor parking service (Very important in winter!). Nice breakfast. The rooms, restaurant, bar and lobby have a beautiful classic furniture very neat and clean. -

Det mesta - The receptionist is extremely kind to me, very patient to answer all my questions and also gives me great recommendations on where to see in Zurich. - very helpful staff. We had a problem with the bed and it was resolved in 5 five minutes, they changed us room, with no discussion.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, nicely located. Amazing is the sound isolation, the hotel is located in the heart of the city with trams running next to it, still if you close the windows, nothing will disturb you. -

Great design hotel with such friendly and helpful staff (especially the bar that share shots with you when you arrive at closing time!). Felt both sleek and intimate which is hard balance to get right. Having visited Zurich before and only ever stayed in the centre it was great to get to know the 4th. A very nice, modern and comfortable hotel in the quartel, where ordinary people are living, away from the tourist zones. Some restaurants (italian, chinese...) within the walking distance, also a nice hammam open till 11 p.m. Good public communication, even if you have to walk a little bit, by bus to the main railway station, by tram to the centre and by s-bahn to the airport. Very modern design of the rooms, quiet location (the back building) and the tree forest from the back.

and form. Great to have a Nespresso machine in room as well as Ihome

It is chic and fab amidst the west side of city. Maria the receptionist is very great and helpful. Others are also. Hotel locates in the remote area, no shopping center, no super market. But we can take ride on tram in front of the hotel for 10 minutes to city center. Tram no.4 dictates you to city centef and elsewhere of tourist attraction of Zurich, except you wanna expand adventures to urban area. We got the room that did not match the internet photo. We did not make complaint but validated -
the design of overall hotel is brilliant. i stayed there on Thursday and Friday. Every night in the foyer they had a lovely not very loud music - club music. On friday evening there was a table tennis tournament - just brilliant for me as I love table tennis. Room design is great very very cosy. Window had an automated sunblinds, you press the button and in 30 seconds you are in darkness. All light in the room can be turned off using switches next to bed, so don't have to get of the bed to turn

The room was comfortable and the staff wereextremely helpful. From my month long trip through Europe, the swissotelin Zurich was by far the best. Will definitely stay again.
