Friendly hotel staff - I was to meet some people, they helped to organize it. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast and fast internet for free in the room.

In a - We were a family of 4 and the room was fantastic in size with a kitchenette and a sitting area, very clean and spacious. Also the staff were friendly and the location was good. From this part of town we got to catch a ferry across to the other side of the lake and yet again got to see many views of Geneva as we only had 1 day & night here.

  It was a delight to stay somewhere that was so very elegant without being in the slightest pretentious.   the staff was very helpful with any question I had.I needed help navigating the train system. The front dek clerk walk me threw the ins & outs.Until he was sure I would be fine traveling from point A to to point B the room was very comfortable really clean. This is a old building and a small building but it has Wi-Fi and room service. The hotel room was well lit, spacious with modest, clean design. The staff upgraded our room as a courtesy as a better room was available upon our arrival. The location was perfect, very central, situated next to several tram lines, but in an area I prefer to most other comparable hotels. The Tiffany will be my go to hotel for business travel in Geneva.
