  Location is really good, right at the train station Zurich Oerlikon. Room (studio apartment) was clean and includes everything you need - kitchen: fridge, oven (electric and microwave), plates and glasses; TV, bathroom (towels, but no hairdryer), free WiFi. No reception! - very convenient and safe a lot of time.   No personnel at all !!! Once you have understood the automatic check in all problems are solved. You will meet modern and comfortable rooms with espresso machine but without telefone.   We used the Ibis Messe as our overnight spot before flying out of Zurcih the next morning. It was a perfect spot. The shuttle was easy to spot at the airport, the driver courteous. Can't say enough good things about the friendly, sociable staff. Amenities such as free wi-fi in the rooms (an unexpected surprise) and a business center where we c... vad folk säger » ould print our boarding passes were a plus. The rooms were compact, but bright and clean, perfect for our needs. Do note that the hotel is located i - Excellent service.  Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel clean.  Breakfast buffet superb.  Location may appear to be remote and in an industrial area, but during our stay we did not notice that, using the exceptional public transport links to travel into central Zurich was very easy. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains. There is no front desk, simply a key box where you enter a code from the booking to get in. The ladies working in the restaurant are very friendly and up for a chat. Since they are directly connected to the hotel, they are the ones to ask questions since the hotel has no reception. Easy check-in and -out procedure.

  The room is small about 20 m2 with WC-bathroom (if we don't count the terrace) but it has good facilities : iron, ironing table, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, dining table,cooking utensils (pot, pan, boiling dish, spoon, fork, knife, spatula, ...), dishes, four mugs, wardrobe. Location is good and near city center (and main railway station), y... vad folk säger » ou can go even by walk (ground is steep to the city center), although using tram no. 10 is much easier. You can also come right to the hotel form airp - Cozy and clean apartments. Very simple check-in procedure. Apartments are equipped with everythig you need. Exellent location. Only two tram stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof, stop for tram #10 which goes to airport is in ten meters from building, supermarket coop is opposite building, a lot of cafes and restaurants around, only 10 minutes walking to the old city and Zurich lake.
