  - rummet var mycket bra , sängar o kuddar sköna. Hördes inget alls av ljud/trafik utanför. Flera engelskspråkiga TV-kanaler. Hotellet är beläget ung. mitt emellan flygplats och city. Spårvagn in till city på någon minuts gångavstånd från hotellet. Tram nr 11 var inne på centralstationen på ca 20 min. Hämtning/skjuts till flygplatsen fungerade... vad folk säger » smidigt . - Everything!!! I was more than impressed with their service, and most of all with their courtesy.I travel often, and use hotels often. And I must say that this was by far one of the best serviced hotels. It's the quality of the people working there. I hope to come back, and will recomend this hotel to my friends. Thank you. - Wonderful service and the restaurant offers Sushi buffet are great so many different sushi dishes but it also not cheap. We enjoyed it very much.

  the Upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking Zurich with a panoramic view. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. - Very co-operative and understandable counter staff (Beatriz). Extremely accomodative of our needs.
