  The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful especially for a romantic getaway for two. The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel ... vad folk säger » again. - This has been thoroughly enjoyable - the lovely rooms, the hotel's position in the city, the excellent breakfast, the ever so helpful staff: there is no doubt where we would return to next time we are in Luzern!

  Everything, the hotel was extremely clean, well maintained and the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. - hotel personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. This hotel is beautiful and creates the perfect respit.

  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. We loved the walk along the lake to get to and... vad folk säger » from the station and also the access to the different parts of your beautiful Luzern. - They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.
