  Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. On... vad folk säger » my way out I was sleepy and left my music player. Within days of arriving back in NYC he'd sent it. This is customer service. I will be back. - The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good. The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding. The adjustable bed is considerate. In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

  The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. I have stayed at this hotel periodically during the last 20 years and really like it. - the friendliness of staff, i was provided with everything i asked for

  Professional staff, beautiful room. I have stayed at several hotels in Zurich, but would return to this one, I think. - Breakfast was very good, staff was very nice, location was very nice.

  We liked the location, that they have carpark (even if it costs a little extra), there was wi-fi (and it worked the whole time). A suite is always nicer when more than two people and this time, even better as we got upgraded to an even more spacious suite. Loved having breakfast brought to our room allowing us to sleep until a little later. Than... vad folk säger » ks. Big bathroom with great showers (2) - The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

  Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! - Staf... vad folk säger » f were outstanding. Friendly, helpful and efficient. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.
