  All the staff at this hotel were most helpful and friendly. We gotupgraded to a lovely spacious suite which we didnt expect. Greatlocation. In a quiet area not far from the Centre, but walking distanceto old town, restaurants and shops. Was very clean.   We loved everything about this hotel, we booked a room with a balcony which was just lovely, we had a view to the mountains. The room was extremely clean and well kept. Staff were great the lady in the breakfast room was very attentive! Breakfast was very nice with a basket of pastries, cereal, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juice and cold meats.... vad folk säger » The bedding and pillows were the most comfortable I've had in a hotel for a long time. The hotel was in a quiet area close to the station it was situ - The location closed to the station is excellent, but not only that, all staffs were warm and friendly, willing to assist their guests. I stayed at two beds room with my older child, and the room had a great space. I really love the bathroom was located in the back of bed room going through a door and a short hallway space. I also appreciated that they gave us free tickets of metro and bus dated from check-in and check-out date. Breakfast was excellent in the cozy nice room. Check-out time at 12

  A very nice hotel! Must have been newly renovated because the inside was very clean and looked new. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast (included in the rate) was very good.   Excellent location next to Lausanne railway station. Access to the en-suite shower and toilet is via separate doors. Each has its own sink. We requested and received a silent room on the interior courtyard, which was pleasantly decorated with a circle of shrubs. - Clean and nice.   We just came in from 12 days in Italy and this hotel room was larger than the others we stayed in. The bed was softer. That was nice. European beds are pretty hard. They offered free Wifi in the rooms. Breakfast was included. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. They gave us free bus and metro passes. Was going to stay at the castle OUCHY, but when I lookes at both, this was the better decision, not even considering price. The double windows overlooked the lakes and snow covered mountains. Great restaurant and staff went out of its way for us.
