  Everything !. I forgot some clothes which I thought I'll never see again. I called the Basel from Zermatt and they told me that they were . I asked them to send them on and to charge me. On arrival in st.moritz I found my clothes(shipped overnight express,) with a warm note and at no charge ! The Basel delivered over and above. If we ever return to - Good location; stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas Market. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to key markets, museums, and room came with public transport pass. We had two good meals at the restaurant and found the breakfast typical of a good European hotel. I don't know where the others ate. Excellent coffee served with warm milk.

  I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were welcoming and supremely friendly. The hotel has a simple charm, with curving staircases to the rooms, with water and tea bars and internet stations on each landing. The rooms are simple enough but comfortable. The breakfast was great, the service friendly as was the norm in this hotel, and the vi... vad folk säger » ew from the dining room majestic. The hotel also has a great restaurant for the evenings. My room was on the city side with many bars and restaurants - Its my 4 th stay in this lovely hotel : nothing to say as I consider it like an excellent place to stay; its in the same time modern and cosy, elegant and relax, location is good and breakfast is for me one of the best in ch!! A high recommended place to stay along the Rhine river !

  this is probably the best hotel in basel. room and bathroom are spacious. the river view room is magnificent. restaurants offer great food. staff are well experienced and helpful. everything is just beautiful. - The quiet. The view of the river. The location in old town and next to tram stop. The gourmet restaurant.
