  The hotel is in a spectacular position near Interlaken with views of the lake and the snow topped alps. The room we had was superb, very spacious and had great views. The staff were very friendly and attentive. For travellers without transportation it is a little inconvenient at certain times to get to the hotel, after certain hours in the evening... vad folk säger » s, in particular, public transport ceases operations via the bus route past the hotel from the main town of Interlaken but you do have an option to ca - I loved your hotel. It's our 41st anniversary year of celebration and it was the perfect choice that my daughter made for us. I love the view of the lake along with awesome breakfast served. We were given excellent reception on arrival and guided so well by the staff. We have enjoyed so much that choosing Switzerland as the last country of visit during the other countries we visited in this same tour was the PERFECT CHOICE to end it with Switzerland and Neuhaus Golf- & Strandhotel.   This was a wonderful hotel. The hotel was small enough to ensure that every guest had a personalised experience but big enough to offer all the required facilities like a fabulous restaruant. The hosts Jacqui and Bernard and their staff went out of their way to make sure every guest had everything they wanted. The views from every room were amaz... vad folk säger » ing! We definitely want to return again. - Nearly everything! The owners welcomed us personally the first day there...and maintained their interest in our well-being throughout our 1-week stay. The location is outstanding for views of the Alps and being away from the crowds of Interlaken. The room was very large and very clean. We would stay here again without hesitation during any future visits to the area.

  The view of the mountains from the balcony was fabulous, wonderful, words can't describe. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Loved the small kitchenette in the room and the indoor pool. Loved the indoor garage for our car, a great advantage when unloading and loading. Liked the kids play room, a great service to offer. Every staff member we c... vad folk säger » ame into contact with was kind and helpful. - The Dorint Resort Hotel Interlaken was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. We stayed in the AlpenRose Haus and our veiw of the lakes and mountains were stunning. The hotel is the most kid friendly we have stayed at in our 5 years of living in Europe. We had a toddler bed set up on arrival and a kiddie bath kit with toys and a duck body cloth. And the price was amazing. Thank you.
