  We loved every moment spent in the Bettmeralp area. The hotel is a treasure: great staff, gourmet food and service, and a location in the high alps that just can't be beat.   The peace and quiet, and access to so many mountain railways. The hiking in the Aletsch range is some of the finest in Switzerland. The restaurant staff was exceedingly welcoming and friendly.
