  Our intention was to visit and see Bern for a day. Hotel is exactly that. In a quiet place, close to the park of roses and near the old part of Bern. The rooms are quite small, the bathroom is very small and the shower. It is more for the business world. - Modern facilities, ample parking, 5 minutes drive to Old City, close to freeway, fast inter... vad folk säger » net.We thought we're in Novotel! :-)

  Really good place to stay with.. Clean and nice environment. Restaurant in the hotel is really good. Reception is good.(one of your receptionist-Danilla she helped me a lot with a nice smile and prompt answers).. Overall I enjoyed the stay. - Clean, quiet, efficient.

There was confusion on our part re the availability of coffee in the morning if you did not purchase the breakfast option. - Everything about our stay was great.   We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern.   This is a great hotel, not only for it's great location and for it's excenllent service while we were stay in the hotel, but also for their very nice help while we got trouble in our travelling. We got lost due to boarding the wrong train. The hotel provide my wife free stay while we were in trouble of missing each other. Here, We would like to say " Thank you very much" again to this wonderful hotel, to their kindly boss and sta - I stayed here for three nights and as several other guests have mentionned, the location is great. Bern old town is walkable so no need for public transportation. The free WiFi worked very well and the shared bathrooms were clean and always available. Did not eat the included in the price breakfast so I have no comments on that. An orchestra played downstairs quite loud (nice music!) but not too late so no problems to sleep. I will come back here next time I spend some days in Switzerland's cap

  The staff was very friendly and offered us coffee when we missed breakfast after sleeping in. Breakfast is limited in choice but included in the price and served until 11 at the weekends. Free wifi with good reception in the room. Very good location, just 15 minutes walk from centre and a tram line 3 stopping at the door. - Convenient location and close to local tram route (No 3). Friendly staff and good breakfasts and local restaurants close to hotel. The wrong type of bed configuration was initially provided but this was changed by moving us to another and better room.
