  I liked just-about everything about staying at Mosebacke Hostel : ideal central location (if you're like myself & like to get everywhere on foot, while in Stockholm!) bang in the middle of Sodermalm (one of the coolest & cutest 'hood there's in Europe, without a doubt!)...the stuff is excellent, rooms are clean, neat (and so very Nordic, h... vad folk säger » ow cute!) and breakfast is top-notch...Slussen must be the best base for anyone wanting to explore the city (all bars, shops & cafes on & arou - The location of the hotel was just amazing. Everything could be done on foot. The first metro stop was 3 mins walk if you want to see the outskirts of the city. The famous bars and shops are just a minute away. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, especially because Stockholm is quite expensive to eat out all the time. We stayed in a private room, and it was really spacious.

  We were celebrating a 60th birthday, so wished to have a hotel near the centre, which was comfortable and if required use of the restaurant. We found the hotel to exceed our expectations for location, near to the ferry station or a short walk along the coastline to the City centre. The breakfast catered for all needs offering a choice of cooked and - Being at the coutryside in the center of Stockholm was amazing. You have to walk to arrive to the Palace? You don't go down a 20 floor hotel and are immediatly surrounded by shops? Who cares? You are 10 minutes away from all that, if you enjoy walking. If you like to ride a bike, you have your "private" garage next to the hotel, with 20 bikes ready to be rented; just buy the City Bikes card at the reception.   I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. You cannot expect this kind of inter... vad folk säger » national class service in any other 5-star hotels in Scandinavia. Nothing made me down! Everything was perfect for my stay! The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!
