I appreciated verything ! I didn't try the shared bathroom but only
the toilets since I slept my two first nights (3 nights in total) in a
double-bed room, but absolutely everything was wonderful :
- comfortable quite big beds with strong woody frames (no noise)
- easy key system with card or magnetic "plastic coin"
- big case for valuable belongi

- everything was modern : bathrooms, doors, furniture, kitchen, ...

The kitchen is a very nice addition to the stay at Skanstulls. Since
food is so expensive in Stockholm, the kitchen gives a nice break to buy
food and cook it. There are 2 grocery stores across the street too,
In the hostel is a lot of tourist info which was really nice.
I had a late check in that I forgot to mention and I almost wasn't able to get into the hostel. I caught the staff member at the last minute as she was leaving and she was so kind about my mistake. She was a very helpful girl

Very friendly personnel. The room was exceptionally clean, absolutely amazing! Though the hotel resides in the ground floor, the room had really good ventilation, the air was always fresh, even with closed windows. Great location, very close to the subway , one stop to the central station. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast, no time limitation, just have it whenever you wake up. Friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi and the connection was quite good. -

I loved the ambiance of staying on the boat. the bar on the top gave great views and breakfast was very good. Also the reading room was quite nice .The location was wonderful. Great location: the rooms with the river view (ask for them!) have an amazing and romantic view on the Old City (Gamla Stan). Location is perfect to explore the city. We tried the standard twin-Hostel cabin: small as expected (it's a boat!) but still very comfortable and very clean. The shared bathrooms and showers are in good number, big and super-clean: never needed to wait in 5 days!

This place felt so much like home from the very first moment I arrive with my sister. It was very clean and for the money you spend you do not expect that. Location is great. I did not need to take any means of transport since many attractions(Royal Palace, Diugarden, Fotografiska museum) are in walking distance of maximum 30'. Fantastic location! Next door to Royal Palace, plus Gamla Stan is sightseeing object itself, so you can easily kill a day or half-a-day just wandering there. It is a budget accommodation of course, but it perfectly satisfies your basic needs - rooms are clean and comfortable, showers are decent, well equipped kitchens and nice light breakfast. Poo
