  The room was really nice; clean, modern and simple and the beds had great comfort. The location is very central in the city, so it's easy to get around.   Hotellet var fräscht och fint, rummet var rymligt det kändes inte trångt trots att vi var fem personer. Både kvällsbuffen och frukosten var jättegod. Tycker det var en trevlig gest att hotellet bjuder på kvällsbuffe det uppskattas när man reser med barn då det är svårt att få tag på bra resturanger snabbt, och det var bra tider som det serverades. ... vad folk säger » - Vi hade tur med plats i P-garage under hotellet.   The Barken Viking is very interesting being a converted old ship, it is right on the riverside and extremely close to central station which makes it quick and easy to get to if travelling in on bus from Landvetter Airport. It is also very quiet which is great for being so close to the city center. The breakfast was great. It was a large and nice old ship turned hotel. Breakfast was included and plentiful. Internet is free and you can hook up any amount of devices, just change the email you register with for each one of them. Location is pretty good, next to the opera house and the ship museum, and at least a good 20 minutes walk from some of the nice streets in the center.

  The hostel was pretty quiet even it was booked out; I can totally recommend the double rooms. The showers are always available, clean and there is also enough paper, which is not normal in a hostel. The bed was compfy and the whole building is kind of clean. I'm not a big hosteltraveller, but I totally loved it. - Very new and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly. They let us use the computer behind reception to print a boarding pass. Location is decent as it is 2min walking distance to bus stop that runs direct to train station in 10-15 min ride. Kitchen is perfect, shared showers were clean and wonderful pressure and temp.

  The hotel is very modern and brand new. The location is excellent and the design top notch. The gym is large and very well equipped. Very good value for money. - Good breakfasts, great location and nice lobby bar /chilout zone downstairs at the reception area. Very popular and crowded place on Fridays-Saturdays.

  I stayed one night in this hostel and booked a bed in a dorm - but due to a cancellation of another person I got an upgrade to an 2-bed-room and was already excited to stay there one night before I arrived.
