  It's a very clean and green place. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is also very close to the city centre, 8 min by tram.   The hostel was pretty quiet even it was booked out; I can totally recommend the double rooms. The showers are always available, clean and there is also enough paper, which is not normal in a hostel. The bed was compfy and the whole building is kind of clean. I'm not a big hosteltraveller, but I totally loved it. - Very new and clean. Staff is incredibly friendly. They let us use the computer behind reception to print a boarding pass. Location is decent as it is 2min walking distance to bus stop that runs direct to train station in 10-15 min ride. Kitchen is perfect, shared showers were clean and wonderful pressure and temp.

  I stayed one night in this hostel and booked a bed in a dorm - but due to a cancellation of another person I got an upgrade to an 2-bed-room and was already excited to stay there one night before I arrived.   During my (more than a week) stay at Linnéplatsens Hotell & Vandrarhem i really felt like a true local. This was mainly because the personel helped me complete many tasks that i had to do in Gothenburg. From simple street directions to buying instructions everything was provided.   I love trust of staff that i came in late evening and they provide me password for room and it was easy to pay even after two day stay with big trust of hotel staff especially swedish guy on reception was very cool. i want to come again and stay there.   It seemed to be a well run establishment. Did not stay there long, just slept, and was there in the late hours, so did not really get to see any other people. Breakfast was excellent (for the price paid) and contained most of the things I need in the morning. Bus stop right outside with good communication to and from the city through all night (every 15 minute during the day and every 30 min at night). Key to room gave access to code that could be used to enter the building after closing. - It was excellent mostly because we had a lot to walk every day and enjoy the fresh air, My seven month daughter enjoyed it very much because mom and dad take her for a walk twice a day

  Ett bra och enkelt boende, rent och fräscht. Centralt läge. Bra och snabbt bemötande via mail angående bokningen och en del problem då betalsidan ej fungerade. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i garage i anslutning till boendet. - Prisvärt och bra för den som är van att ta hand om sig själv.
