  The staff here were amazing, friendly and we couldn't have asked for more from them. Even though it was quite late when we arrived, they cooked us a lovely meal. The room was clean, immaculate and the bed was so comfy compared to other hotels in Sri Lanka.   We choose the airportvilla, as we had a very early 04.30 AM departure form Colombo airport. The airportvilla is a 5 minute-drive from the airport, so in an excellent location to achieve a quick transfer. It's situated a 300 metres from the Negombo-Colombo road, but really quiet. The villa is really nice, with a big living room, a kitchen, an AC master bedroom with a kidsroom attached. You'll have to walk - Excellent - clean, comfortable and value for money. Close to the airport which makes it ideal for those like us who had to catch an early flight. Specious villa with two rooms and well equipped Kitchen and clean toilet/bathrooms. Swimming pool is a great thing for the hot weather. Kids love the pool. Close to shops supermarket and the colombo city. Love the place and will definitely book the villa in our next trip. The owner was very helpful with our needs can contactable at any time day/night

  Close to the town but relatively quiet at night. Aircon was good. The owner is very helpful, but when he keft, the younger staff were a bit less attentive, but still polite and pleasant. Felt very secure and safe. - friendly staff closeness to the beach and restaurants. variety of room types

  The host Chamith is a nice and friendly person. The pickup he arranged is good, reliable and punctual. The location is very convenient, just next to a supermarket. Everything within walking distance and choice of restaurant around. But this is not the choice for you if you want to stay for several nights and enjoy the beach. My two year old daughter who was a littlre apprehensive of her new surroundings was given balloons and was made comfortable by the friendly Mr. Chamit. A delightful little place with many nooks and crannies to explore for young children.

  We stayed in decent and stylish, big modern and well equipped room, spacious bathroom and spotless clean, safe, comfortable, hot water, and a super cool A/C room. Staff was very helpful to provide assistance, huge common area with Wi-Fi. All in all, is a cool place and best value ever, absolutely recommendable guesthouse! - We needed to be in Negombo for a wedding and this guest house was good value for money. The room was cleaner than expected and the owner was able to welcome us at 2am in the morning. There is a cafe serving breakfast right next door so don't worry about it being bed only. It was worth walking the streets in the evening as lots of restaurants and trinket shops are open. Overall a nice place to stop for 1 night.

  The hotel is a realy nice choice, we have spent 4 nights there and the location is very good away from the noise, room and bathroom sizes are realy big, I would realy recommend this hotel for honeymoon couple although it is a bit expensive.   This is the nicest hotel that I had ever stayed. The rooms are relatively large and it is located neaby the beach, which is walkable distance from this hotel, besides, the stuff members are all kind and did best that they could do. It was very convenient in that early morning and makes us feel very comfortable out there!

  We Stayed at the Wallawwa prior to our departure on an early morning flight. The location is very convenient to the airport, so we stayed there on our last night to decrease our travel time and relax. What an amazing oasis it was, lush gardens, amazing rooms with a large bathroom with the biggest shower I've ever used. We didn't - The hotel is stunning and the garden bedroom incredibly spacious and furnished with great taste. The bathroom is impressive by its size. The food is incredibly good and the staff and services more than excellent. It's conveniently located near the airport. Only small deception with the swimming pool and its blurry water. Would definitely stay there again.

  The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. The food was also fabulous and beautifully presented. I had planned to eat at Lords on the second night but it was closed - I had no qualms at all about just heading back to the hotel and eating there. Nice little pool too, just not very big for swimming in. - It was in a good location, close to the beach, pubs and restaurants. Overall it was a very relaxing holiday and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would come back again!
