  When we arrived at the airport and within 15 minutes we were sitting along side the lagoon with a cool drink. The pool was a lovely relaxation bonus. There was lots of choice for outside seating, in the shade or sun, on the terrace, in the tree house or on the lagoon decking. Food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Location was great as near to the beach, the main town or just for a stroll. - The room was very clean and quiet with nice view.   We stayed in decent and stylish, big modern and well equipped room, spacious bathroom and spotless clean, safe, comfortable, hot water, and a super cool A/C room. Staff was very helpful to provide assistance, huge common area with Wi-Fi. All in all, is a cool place and best value ever, absolutely recommendable guesthouse! - We needed to be in Negombo for a wedding and this guest house was good value for money. The room was cleaner than expected and the owner was able to welcome us at 2am in the morning. There is a cafe serving breakfast right next door so don't worry about it being bed only. It was worth walking the streets in the evening as lots of restaurants and trinket shops are open. Overall a nice place to stop for 1 night.

  The hotel is a realy nice choice, we have spent 4 nights there and the location is very good away from the noise, room and bathroom sizes are realy big, I would realy recommend this hotel for honeymoon couple although it is a bit expensive. The staff is vey nice and my children loved them.
