  Great location, our room was overlooking the bustling Plaza de España with a Juliet balcony, great for people watching. Just a short walk from all the tapas bars and Plaza Mayor. Good contemporary design. Getting to the hotel by car along the pedestrian street and then the descent to the garage by vehicle lift just adds to the fun!   It has a good central location with with an underground car park. It is elegantly decorated. The rooms have been recently refurbished and I would guess that it would also be good for business travelers. There is good service from the cafeteria/bar. - Very quiet, clean, efficient rooms.   This hotel is stunning, we have stayed many lovely hotels across Europe but the staff and rooms are fantastic. We had a problem with our car & the receptionist Jose spent hours trying to sort it out if all hotels had this level of customer service it would be wonderful.
