  Spacious and very clean apartment which located in a quiet street. It is new, nicely furnished and only 3 minutes walk from the most important sites.The kitchen is very good equipped by all necessary things, refrigerator, stove, tea pot, knives, spoons, forks, plates, washing machine and so on. Also great to be just around the corner from the Jacaranda restaurant where we had the best m - We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the apartment ; the location and the design of the apartment was just a treat! Especially comparing it to the price . It deserved every penny . As soon as we got to the apartment I tried booking an extra night we loved it so much ! Unfortunately fully booked !! So my advice Valencia is an axing city and staying at these apartments made it an even better stay ; so try to stay there former than one night before u regret it !

  Location to Central Market and other sites superb. WiFi reception excellent. Hostel staff nice and helpful. Reports about noise (and we even stayed during Las Fallas festival) are exaggerated. Also, despite comments on odour, the odour was only present in the elevator. Our apartment (#2) had absolutely no odour at all.   It was very tranquil with a large lounge for reading and relaxing and place outside to sit and have a drink. They also had a restaurant which we didn't try as only there for one night, but wished we had, as well as a large underground car park.   We have stayed in a number of apartments in Spanish cities and this was the best yet. Spacious, well furnished and laid out, everything looked brand new. We enjoyed the terrace with view over the pretty courtyard and the fact that our 1 bedroom penthouse apartment had an extra cloakroom as well as the ensuite with large walk-in shower. The electrically operated windo - Good location,nice feel to the building, lovely big balcony, clean on arrival,excellent facilities with lots of towels, blankets etc. Couldn't have been better for what we wanted. Close to 2 metro stations or walk into City. Very convenient for airport 21 minutes on metro - no changes! City is unremarkable, Arts and Science Park is amazing, beach is dreadful.

  We were probably the first people to stay in the (single bedroom) apartment. It was crisp, brand new and clean. We had a warm welcome by one of the staff. Very spacious apartment, two toilets, great kitchen with an oven and even a washing machine. The city center is only a 15 minute walk, but you can walk through the beautiful Jardines del Real or... vad folk säger » Viveros. Otherwise you can just take the tram in front of the apartment or go by car, which you can park for free in the parking lot underneath the b - The apartments are very clean and modern. The free parking is excellent. It is secure underground and can be accessed directly from the apartments. There is a small pool at the back of the apartment. Unfortunately we did not realize this until leaving as it did not state this on our booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

  Casa Cosy was everything the excellent reviews we read said and more. Koen was an extremely helpful host and came out to meet us to park the car upon arrival for a minimal 10 euros. Even preparing our room for an early check-in. There was even butter, jam, bread and an espresso machine for the morning! Koe - We've liked everything in Casa Cosy: exceptional welcome and guests support, location, sufficient kitchenette equipment & amenities, that include well operating conditioning, sound proofing, coffee machine&capsules, fruits&juicer, etc. And welcome Champaign was 'just in time'! Thanks! Apartment is recently renovated and nice decorated. Beds are very comfortable and bedding is at great quality. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. Enjoy!
