  The staff were all excellent in their helpfulness and attention to requests. Hotel is in a good location for old town sightseeing. Hotel is a converted palace, and though design is very modern, older details have been preserved. Guest rooms are a little dark in the evenings due to few light sources. (For those who compl - The Caro hotel is centrally located near to the cathedral and with easy walking distance of many of the attractions of Valencia. It is clean, modern, well appointed and with staff who are both efficient and friendly. The superior grade room we had was delightful, both well appointed and roomy

  Fantastic location, right in the heart of Valencia. The apartment was perfect, fully equipped, clean and of high design. Comfortable beds. A bottle of the best quality champagne was awaiting us in the fridge as a welcome gift. We wish we had booked for longer.   Bra hotell, med nära till allt. Bra frukost - Location is ideal - 5 minutes walk from train and metro stations (lines 3 and 5 straight to the airport) - on a pedestrian street, close to shops and cafes. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist arranged for us to check-in straight away (instead of 4pm), at no extra cost. Loved it! - We were given a room on the 6th floor, which we asked for, room 603, hada balcony, was quite, room was large, both with seperate bath/shower,and a seperate shower, bath robes and slippers. Being it was Decemberand Velencia can be cold, the room was very cosy and warm. Also hadexcellent pillows, bed was also comfortable.
