  Great location. A very modern apartment with all mod cons in a very old part of Seville. We could walk everywhere. Car park close by but difficult to find without help. Would recommend for family or a group of friends. We will definitely stay their again. A group of six would need to share ensuite bathrooms as 3rd bedroom is living room. Very helpful host when there was a difficulty with our booking. We were moved to another apartment for our last day which was equally well appointed. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Wireless in rooms and computers in the lobby. We passed on the expensive breakfast, since so many places to eat closeby - cheaper too. Comparable to a nicer Courtyard Marriott.   This was a wonderful place to stay beginning with our gracious and accommodating host Arturo. It did not feel like a business exchange but rather that you were staying with friends. All the comforts of home inside a well designed and efficiently laid out space provided a nice respite from a long journey. Laundry, kitchen, dining, are handy to have... vad folk säger » when on a long trip. But still the best part was our host who really takes a personal interest in the well being of his guests. His hospitality made - Great apartments that are very practical. The service from the time of making booking until after the checkout has been great. The apartment provides real value for money and caters for all your needs. it has iron, microwave, hob for cooking, fridge, washing machine and much much more. A great walk-in shower is also a great comfort. The apartments also provide free bicycle hire, which for a flat city like Sevilla is excellent.

  Location is good, only 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. It is a nice building with local flavour, high ceilings and spacious rooms. Air conditioning was good. It was a nice gesture to give us tickets to Flamenco show for our troubles.
