  Easy to find the hotel because it is just in front of the Catedral. A few minutes walk to the historical town centre and Renfe station. Staff is also very friendly. I did not know the reception is not open at seven o'clock in the morning. Unfortunately I did not have a mobile available in Europe, so I tried to make a call from the reception desk b... vad folk säger » ut the pay phone is out of order. I have left a memo for room charge and when I arrived at Barcelona early afternoon I phoned to the manager for expl - Staff were very friendly and readily accommodated our request to change rooms so that we were away from a busy road. The room and bathroom were scrupulously clean. Centrally located, within walking distance to everything including the railway station, just a 10 minute walk away, with luggage.

  The hotel was ideally located for us as it was relatively easy arriving and leaving by car and was a nice walk ( about 20 mins) to the old town, beach and other sites. Onsite parking was available - make sure you get your room card from reception before parking car or you can't use lifts to the hotel! The hotel itself was a modern, clean hotel wit... vad folk säger » h interesting decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant wasn't open during our stay, but cafe at the front was good for a drink or a - The staff were very friendly and spoke English. We chose this hotel as we were arriving by car and didn't want to drive right into the city centre. The walk into town only takes 10-15 mins. We also loved the movie theme of the hotel and got the Bob Hoskins room. The rooms have DVD players and you can hire for free, movies from the hotel to watch, so we thought this was pretty cool. Can't comment on the breakfast as we went an ate elsewhere.
