  The hotel staff is very friendly. It is like "one big family" whereeverybody (staff) work together as a team, and work hard every day.   Front desk staff was 24 hour, spoke English and was very knowledgeable about surroundings. Could make recommendations if unsure where to visit, eat or sight-see. Rooms were clean. Price was very good. Free wi-fi.   Hotel staff were excellent especially Miriam in the front bar. Excellent security on front door, only people staying in hotel are allowed access. Young lively hotel. The free concerts are the reason we booked. We got franz Ferdinand with Zane Lowe djing. Can't beat that as an extra to your room.
