The hotel staff is very friendly. It is like "one big family" whereeverybody (staff) work together as a team, and work hard every day. Perfekt läge, supertrevlig hotellpersonal, jättegod frukost! - Hotel Orosol was clean, newly renovated. The room was spacious and nicely decorated with art, and dark wood headboard. Nice balcony with plastic chairs. Air conditioning in the room made the stay really comfortable. Staff was very helpful and answered all questions around places to see

Overall, it was very good for the price. Great location in the center of town, away from the big hotels in the party area so it's possible to sleep. As a small group of 3 young girls I found this hostal very safe. It is a family run business and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The security at night means no one can just wonder in which makes it feel very safe. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. It is situated close to the west end bars but just out of the way so there’s no noise in the evening. The pool is only small and was very quiet but we didn’t mind as we were glad of the chill during the

Hotel is in excellent location – just few hundred meters from the nearest beach. It has own restaurant, supermarket. Staff is very friendly and efficient. We visited San Antony at the end of the season, so hotel was quite, no noisy groups of clubbers. Apartments have well equipped kitchenette, rooms are spacious. Apartment is cleaned every other day, fresh towels supplied at the same.

Front desk staff was 24 hour, spoke English and was very knowledgeable about surroundings. Could make recommendations if unsure where to visit, eat or sight-see. Rooms were clean. Price was very good. Free wi-fi. Can't say enough great things about the staff. -

Described as a hostel, seems to just be the spanish word for hotel, loved it. Great staff and although basic facilities, it was all fine. Food generally good too, cooked breakfast 3 euros, snack 2.50, meal 7 euros, really friendly people and although you could hear people coming in at night, no parties to keep you awake. I got a safe for 30 eur

Hotel staff were excellent especially Miriam in the front bar. Excellent security on front door, only people staying in hotel are allowed access. Young lively hotel.
