  The views are superb. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food and wines are excellent. The rooms extremely comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is an oasis of calm and comfort. - Hotel very splendid. Facilities were excellent and the general layout of the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were idyllic spacious and well designed.

  Staff on site could not be more helpful e.g. needed extra fan for children's bedroom due to evening heat and one arrived same day (basic Spanish essential).   This is a fantastic hotel - the location, room, staff and facilities are great. The swimming pool is huge! We also had dinner in the hotel - not something we generally like to do as hotel restaurants are not usually so good. Our room more than met our expectations. It was only a stroll to the promenade, but you could easily sit in the gardens or around the pool if you just wanted to relax.

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... vad folk säger » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .
