This is a very good budget hotel which deserves more than one star. The rooms, though simple, are clean and comfortable. Although the hotel does not serve breakfast, there is a café immediately opposite. I found the staff friendly and helpful. it was great,we stop in appartments quite a lot as we have two small dogs.we were meet by lorance on the front of the apartments block, as i had to ring him as couldnt get the address in to my satnav.and he directed us in.he even carried my case for me.he could not have been more helpful
.the apartment its self was great ,clean very well equiped with cd,dvd ,sat tv,tea coffee sugar everything. it was quiet too.we will be going back soon i think.the location was brill,bars cafe's and manhattans

Location is incredibly convenient if you are on the road and stopping for the night (it is a motel, after all) and parking your car or bike right in front of your room is extremely convenient.
The cafeteria is not attached to the hotel (25m) but is perfect for the purpose and the staff is extremely nice.

The apartment was clean, new but very basic. There is one bath with
bidet, small kitchen ( no oven - decently equipped ) , dining table,
sofa bed, one bedroom and balcony. There is soap in the bathroom with
two extra rolls of toilet paper. A new iron and board never been used.
They give you two bath towels and two small towels. Also there is an
extra blanket and pillow. The pillows are so long, first time I have
seen one of those. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking
distance.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself was well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Our apartment was only a few minutes walk from the Àngel Guimerà metro station - and the metro makes it extremely easy to get around (would recommend it over the bus). If we had any problems the staff were more than happy to help in any way

The apartment was very cleaned, with towels for everybody.
Very good location that allows us to visit Valencia on foot.
