The interior gave you a very warm feeling of days gone by, with so much to take in. Curiosities in every corner, beautiful plants, oh such comfortable beds, Pool area very private and so warm, hard to beat this Hotel. Would love to live here. Hope to be back soon. -

Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. This was the best hotel holiday I have ever been on. Pure luxury and relaxation.

The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.
We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent.
We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.

Its situation turned out to be perfect for us - small village, lovelywalking and more sunshine than in most of island, due to height aboveclouds. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

From the champagne welcome on our arrival all the staff were smiling and friendly. The room was palatial with a large balcony views of the sea and the mountains.Cleaning was everyday and excellent standard. The restaurant was excellent,broad range of foods.Andres our waiter was wonderful a Five star treatment.

The hotel was wonderful. The h/b was buffet which put us off at
first but upon our first visit we found the selection was jaw dropping
and the quality was first class. The staff couldn't have been any
more helpful or friendly. We spend most of the time around the pool but
ventured for the short walk to playa del duque which is lined with
glorious restaurants for lunchtime snacks with views to die for. Woukd
thouroughly recommend.

Friendly and English speaking stuff, although the first language in hotel is Spanish, then French, all receptionists are speaking English very well.
Enough parking space and it is always under surveillance of security worker.
