  Friendly helpful staff at entrance, location is the biggest plus and minus. Metro station is within walking distance. Centre of Madrid is within walking distance. Convenience store and cafe right next to the apartment building, on either side. Clean apartment, including bed linen and towels. However, the sofa-bed turned out to be quite spacious to accommodate two olde - Excellent location just 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Very clean. Also, Gracia who is in charge of the apartment was very helpful and friendly with us. She also speaks good English which is a big plus in Seville (if you don't speak Spanish)! Highly recommended!

  The service was excellent, lots of suggestions for places to eat which all turned out to be very good. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the cathedral and shops right in the middle of town. The included continental breakfast was very good and the paid extras were reasonable.   The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to nearly everything in Seville. It is bright & airy and having your own balcony was really nice. The apartment is well equiped and the host Daniel provided us with some great sight seeing and restaurant tips. Great value for money. The room was new refurbished, and clean, yet part of a on old classical apartment block.   Perfect location for a cultural 4-night stay with a 5 star view of the iconic Giralda and amazingly quiet. We worked so hard at the sightseeing during the day that we ate in every night which the well-equipped kitchen made easy: this was a great moneysaver as well as relaxing. The 1st floor apartment we had would be a perfect spot for viewing - Daniel was there when we arrived and was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to make our visit to Seville a memorable one. The bottle of sherry on arrival was a welcome touch, but the best thing was the location. We could look out the balcony and see the Alcazar and the Giralda; the two biggest sights in the city. It was almost like we were there back in the day. Terrific dining was right around the corner and it was a short walk to the Museum of Flamenco dance concert. We would recommended the

  We arrived past midnight into Seville. They arranged for a key pickup with a local hotel so that we could sleep and checkin the next day. Maria at the desk is amazing. Amazing property, great locati - We stayed on the fourth floor and had amazing view of one of the Cathedral arches. Amazing to see this from our living room. Apt was nice size and easily sleeps five. One BR had queen size bed and other two twins. Living room also had full size bed in a nook along with a couch. Apt was clean and nice. Reception staff was nice.
