  The friendliness and discretion of the (restaurant) staff; the beautiful outside swimming pool that bathes in the sun pretty much all day (towels provided!); relaxing surroundings in the middle of nature; fantastic breakfast with fresh fruits, fresh juices, fresh bread and pastries, home- made jams, eggs, bacon...; Bedroom cleaned every day; 30 mi... vad folk säger » nutes drive from the closest beautiful beaches; 30 minutes from the airport; We have rented a car and anyone wishing to stay in this beautiful hotel s - I have travelled a great deal for business and leisure over the last 20 years and Hotel Sa Bassa stands out as one of the best places I have stayed for relaxation, comfort and good service. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.

  Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t - Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

  Our second stay at Es Turo, we will book with them again on future visits to Ses Salines. Wonderful accommodations -- delightful decore. Grounds are well-kept. Nicolai makes an incredible dinner and Carmen puts on a fantastic breakfast! Couldn't ask for better. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks Es Turo! We would visit Porto Petro again, but in accommodation around the marina. - We really enjoyed being in the town of Puerto Petro; we are not big-city people at all, and it was lovely to be in a small town. Cal d"Or is just minutes away, where you can find many more shops and larger supermarkets. Our apartment was perfect, with a wonderful view of the port. Frank is very helpful and friendly. We would most definitely return!

  Lovely, friendly family run business. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and calming. Room with four poster bed, and extremely clean. Nice breakfast with option of freshly cooked omellettes if wanted.
