Friendly helpful staff, clean fresh room. Excellent buffet style breakfast (fantastic choice). Tranquil location with good tennis court and table tennis. Spa treatments offered but due to short stay unable to use. Highly recommended. -

Just got back and everything about this place is as good as earlier reviews say it is. I was tempted not to add comments so I could keep this gem to myself. We were staying B/B so cannot comment on the evening meal but the breakfast was excellent, with choice galore & as much (or little) as you wish from fresh fruit, cooked and continental br

The staff are excellent: professional and competent whilst also friendly and good humoured. The Hotel Illa d'Or has a magnificent setting, with wonderful views both of sea and mountains; and located in a quiet spot towards the end of the Pine Walk, which makes a lovely short promenade to the centre. The staff were excellent, on every level. Very child friendly with kids club, indoor pool was a life send in the bad weather. Apartment was a great size for our family of 5. I can't say enough about the staff, they were so efficient. The entertainment at night for kids and adults was great. We're going back again! Food was great too... -

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean , well ran , friendly and one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The food was excellent and plenty of variety. The rooms were cleaned daily. Clean towels when needed. The hotel was not in a noisy location which was nice late evening if you want to enjoy an early night .

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.
The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

The staff is very friendly and you really have the feeling that they are there to take care of you. The hotel is a very good and the rooms are great. Excellent location. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach. We stayed half-board and the breakfast and evening buffet was very good with lots of choice and good quality. The room was very comfortable with good beds and even UK TV channels. -

The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. The Hotel is very big and have several buildings and swimming pools. The restaurant is in the central building. The meals are various inlc. seafood, but it's a little bit crowd

Resting in the middle of September. Loved the location in Playa de Muro
and proximity to the beach; the beach without the crowds; a good hotel
territory - 3 swimming pools, always enough deck chairs in the room;
work and attitude of the staff is great, the food is delicious and
varied. We were looking for a quiet, respectable hotel, near the sea,
