  Fantastic rooms and we were given a free upgrade on arrival. The staff were amazing and very accommodating both in the hotel, by the pool and in the restaurant. The restaurant was superb with a fantastic array of food on offer. We will definitely be back! - Excellent service, really friendly staff, beautiful hotel.

  Det är ett av världens bästa hotell. Servicen är näst intill prickfri. Man tas emot som om det är ens andra hem. Alla i personalen som jobbar där har ett bemötande som man sällan hittar inom samma hotellklass. Världsklass ! - very calm. nice. good quality. good location.

  The staff were excellent, on every level. Very child friendly with kids club, indoor pool was a life send in the bad weather. Apartment was a great size for our family of 5. I can't say enough about the staff, they were so efficient. The entertainment at night for kids and adults was great. We're going back again!   Great location, great view from the "sea view" room. Excellent food selection during both breakfast and especially dinner. Nice entertainment in the evenings. The room is of a decent size event for a 15 nights stay. Good a/c in the room. Very friendly staff, always smiling and eager to help. Nice pool area with great cocktails at the bar. It was clean , well ran , friendly and one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The food was excellent and plenty of variety. The rooms were cleaned daily. Clean towels when needed. The hotel was not in a noisy location which was nice late evening if you want to enjoy an early night .

  The hotel accommodations have recently been (extravagantly) refurbished and the rooms have a 'new' look. Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel. (the peace of our first night was marred by the noise from the - we were told -kitchen extractor apparatus. I was su - Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation. The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat
