  A true luxury experience in this 17th century boutique hotel set in the hills just 30 minutes from Palma . Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff.   This is a stunning hotel in a stunning setting. Surrounded by mountains on three sides with far reaching views across the countryside. The food is always first class and sometimes exceptional; they produced imaginative alternatives for a non meat eater. The service is friendly, responsive and relaxed. We had high expectations of the hotel and they were exceeded in every respect. - Fantastic peaceful location tucked away in the foothills. A great get away from it all holiday destination. Rooms are really lovely. The only comment I would make is that the location wouldn't be suited to those less able to walk due the rustic nature of paths. Fantastic food. Will go back again without doubt.

  Fantastic food, setting and buildings. Extremely helpful and friendly staff - We loved our stay at Son Palou. It is unbelievably peaceful, in beautiful surroundings and the staff are helpful without being intrusive. The gardens have been beautifully laid out and it doesn't get much more relaxing than lazing in the pool, looking out over the mount... vad folk säger » ains. There are good walks for those wanting something more strenuous. The meals in the evening were excellent as well.

  Great Hotel placed in a quiet town. Start august there were not many people there. It was very quiet and we had the swimmingpool for us self .The rooms are great, spacious and with good aircon. Nice bathroom too. There i Wifi in the room but slow. The Hotel restaurant is excellent with good service from the staff. Braekfast is excellent. The beach... vad folk säger » es in town are great. There are few restaurants in town but "LA TASCA" at Cala Molins is a good restaurant. - This is a wonderful hotel! From the moment you arrive you know you are staying somewhere special. The staff are lovely, the rooms and facilities are first rate. Its like staying in your own private villa and being waited on all day. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!

  Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry - Everything (rooms, services, restaurants, staff, spa)

  Det är ett av världens bästa hotell. Servicen är näst intill prickfri. Man tas emot som om det är ens andra hem. Alla i personalen som jobbar där har ett bemötande som man sällan hittar inom samma hotellklass. Världsklass ! - very calm. nice. good quality. good location.

  Hotel is about 8 or 9 years old but looks brand new. Great pools (one for young children, one for adults). Great location in Puerto de Soller (but if your main interest is to go to beaches, I would recommend other locations like Cala D'or or Alcudia). Great to visit Soller, Deia, Valdemossa, Lluc Monastery. Drive to Palma is about 25kms, and req... vad folk säger » uires paying 5 euros each way if taking the Soller tunnel. We got a superior room, it was quite specious with big balcony and side ocean view. Relaxi - Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas. One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.
