  The hotel is a beautiful old property, which has been wonderfully converted into a hotel providing a range of accommodation, from standard through to extreme luxury. The staff who are all from outside Spain, i.e. Argentina, Germany, Peru & Romania for example, are selected & employed for their skills, rather than just to fill a vacancy.   Everything was just perfect!! We had a lovely stay!! We´ve been to many hotels but this one was deffinetly the best!!!!! The room, the spa, the food, it was all lovely and it was sooo nice they came with a big bottle of champagne and a lovely birthday cake for my fiancees birthday!! that was a big surprise! - Very nice hotel. The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

  This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

  The peace and tranquility of the hotel was the outstanding feature - it was so lovely and relaxing to laze around all day or to come back to after a busy day out. The staff were excellent - all very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.   Most comfortable Bed and Pillows we have ever slept in. Beautiful rooms all very chic and modern with great old fashioned bits retained like courtyard and roof top terrace. Great beach resort on the coast.   Not really a hotel but more of a home from home family atmosphere place. Beautiful rooms, lovely pool and gardens, great location. Breakfast hours are very laid back and plenty to choose from. This is the type of place you really can relax but have a great time and meet some very interesting people. The rooms are cosy and bright, breakfast is plenty the bar was the atmosphere of the place and we met many interesting people. Cannot compare it to any other place i have stayed before.
