  I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice. The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. - Great atmospher... vad folk säger » e for family and kids - unhurried and friendly. Free buffet breakfast each morning was excellent. Short walk to nearby restaurants and shops in beach town. Beautiful and small beach perfect for young children. Japanese restaurant in the hotel was excellent, though pricey.

  The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   These villas are the perfect location for all persons wanting to stay in Playa Blanca. All rooms are clean and light. In fact, the photos on this site do not do the villas justice as there is a lot of floor space inside the villa. All rooms are of a good size and even include a very unique glazed internal garden area. All rooms are on the ground f... vad folk säger » loor so the property is very wheelchair and child friendly. (We stayed with 2 young children aged 1 and 5). Outside, the pool/patio area is secluded f - Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

  Entertainment team - AMAZING!! always here to entertain your younger children and was aways very friendly and talkative! On New Years eve they worked until early in the morning and was dancing with everyone, they are all very hyper and like and dance like Veronica ( good thing ) she was great and all the children loved her and wouldn't leave her al... vad folk säger » one! Top animated for me and my children. - The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help. Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys. Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

  We have travelled with a group of three friends and stayed in a junior suite. We were very satisfied with the hotel in general, especially with the location and the staff in the reception and in the spa. Everybody was extremely kind and helpful, and cheerful! The room was large, clean and well equipped. The extra bed was quite big, enough for an a... vad folk säger » dult. We wished we could have stayed longer! - We loved pretty much everything, we were self catering and the apartment was fabulous, modern and well equiped with a toaster, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also had great aircon, a flat screen TV and hairdryer, The pool area was fabulous overlooking the sea. Luckily our apartment opened onto the pool area -very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

  The hotel is well run and clean. Staff are overall friendly and helpful. The Hotel was not too busy and the many swimming pools allowed for a different location to sunbath during the week. Food is varied and usually something can be found that appeals. Facilities within the hotel are generally excellent. Cleanliness and hygiene are taken very seriously, with staff constantly monitoring areas and addressing issues as appropriate.
