  The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Lots of buckets and spades provided and jumping in and out of the pool. The grounds are nicely designed and the food is very good. Fantastic selection of freshly grilled fish and salads.

  The staff was very polite and service minded. The spa was fantastic and special treatments (relax massage etc.) were very good. - hotel was spotless, staff very friendly and at the poolside was very relaxing and not over crowded

  Loved the location- right beside restaurants, shops and close to the old town. the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids.   The house was beautiful & loved by it's owner who lived next door . The location was also good though a car is needed as its quite a walk to the bus stop & buses aren't as frequent as they could be. The house is in the wine growing region & has lovely views, lovely atmosphere . Great place to stay. Thank you.

  Excellent villa for a group of 6 friends. Nice and spacious and having our own private heated pool was a luxury. It's rare to find heated pools in the canaries! Didn't hire a car but a cab into playa blanca was 4euros between 6 of us. Beatrice was lovely and we had a problem with the lock on the bathroom door and someone arrived within 10 minutes ... vad folk säger » to fix it. Would definitely recommend this villa.
