  Location was excellent in the old town and the staff helpful. Rooms clean and modern. The associated restaurant were also very helpful particularly at organising a cava (champagne) breakfast for our friends 50th birthday morning. Breakfast is coffee or tea, orange juice, toast and a croissant. - Lovely stay - very high standard for a 2*.   Irenaz resort was located on the edge of a beautiful green valley that was so relaxing. There was often music traveling up from somewhere on the mountain and it made us really feel like we were in Europe. The location is a bit out of San seb city but the bus stop is 100metres down the road and for 1.60 euro takes you 11-15 minutes to get into town... vad folk säger » . The staff were really lovely and helpful with everything from beaches, San Fermin and resturants. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the bathroo - The apartments were very modern and private, overlooking the valley on the outskirts of San Sebastián. We specifically chose the location because we had a car we didn't want to use in the city and parking was free. The apartments were close to a bus stop with regular buses taking about 15 minutes to reach the centre of the city. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with a damage report we needed to fax to the leasing company.

  Really beautiful and comfortable palace with the surrounding countryside providing the perfect setting. Only 30mins drive to San Sebastián. 45 mins to Bilboa. Everything was just great. Not hard to find as we put the town location into the Gps and there were signs from the town intersection to the hotel. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Restaurant is outstanding. The chef - a charming guy - likes to meet his guests and talk about his dishes and the way he prepares them. The "black" fillet steak is brilliant!! All highly recommended.

  This is a super little hotel perfectly situated in a quite road about a 10 minute walk from San Sebastian’s “old town” and 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants and shops. It is very nicely decorated in a style that is contemporary but retains the character of the old house. The room was very pleasant and had a good bathroom. They were able to pro - The free parking and affordable rate led me to book here. The staff was friendly and helpful (and spoke good English), the breakfast was plentiful, and we could even leave our car in their parking lot after we checked out so we could explore the city some more. The room was clean and comfortable and the location wasn't an issue for us since we love to walk around cities-and this time we walked along the beach and it was beautiful.
