  We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. I would recommend anyone who stays here to check in as early as possible and leave as late as you can to reap the full benefits of this excellent boutique hotel! :-) A true 5* service! I would de... vad folk säger » fintely book another stay again and again etc..! - The room: Wonderful-very contempoary-loved the floor to ceiling glass interior walls and the white decor with marble- the bath and shower were large and unusual in designed- the bed was very large and comfortable-bedside tables in marble looked great when lit. The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.

  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel. Its proximity to the Alhambra was also useful. - Couldn't fault anything from the staff to the actual building. Retaurant was first class.   Excellent bar and location on the slopes, very clean and attractive hotel. - access to the ski slopes and rental shop. the staff was helpful. it was nice that the day we checked out, they held our bags while we skied and then let us shower in the spa area before heading home. our room was large and very clean.

  A fantastic hotel for skiing, in the main square of the resort and close to the gondala lift. Even better the hotel provides guests with a ski locker right at the gondala, so no having to tramp around with skis and boots. Hotel itself is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and with very helpful staff. All the receptionists speak good English. Only ... vad folk säger » ate at the hotel for breakfast, which was an extensive buffet with quantity and quality both good. We will definitely stay here again. Just a tip - ra - Top location, 2 min. walk to the Al-Andalus telecabina, in the centre of the village and 1 min. from the busstop. Hotel is located on a cliff with beautifull views over the mountains and Granada in the distance. Nice lounge and bar area, with free wifi, where you can sit next to the fire and drink/eat something.
