  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet.   Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   Big clean rooms, nice that they have a gym and a pool area. - Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Bright, clean and very comfortable rooms. Excellent location with fantastic views across the beach from our 18th floor room. Perfect for long walks along the lively promenade (or beach). Wide selection of excellent restaurants close by. Atm... vad folk säger » osphere in the city was great with lots to see and do - excellent bus service making travelling around easy. - Foremost, the setup and cleanliness of the room. It was simply a pleasure to come back to our room. The room was nicely furnished, the bathroom was spacious, had lots of towels (changed every day even if it wasn't not required). The view of the port we got (15th floor) was great. Very helpful staff. And the free minibar was a nice touch (refilled every day, even with bonuses sometimes)

  I liked everything, from the room to the buffet in the morning and evening (dinner). The cocktails in the pool bar in the evening are awesome (I advise you a Piña Colada....!), But the service in general is good. The spa is nice and the gym is a very nice little spot with everything one can need for warming up and working out. We checked out at 3.... vad folk säger » 30 in the night because of our flight and they prepeared us two take away picknick baskets for the breakfast, nice service. The location is very nice: - Amiable reception and cleaning staff, great spa pools. The room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. Decent location, a 15 minute walk to the center of Agaete or to Puerto de Las Nieves, and near good hiking trails up to Tamadaba Forest. We didn't have a car and had no problems (though a bit of Spanish is very useful for the local taxi!). As a vegetarian, the dinner options were better than I expected. One of our favorite hotels we stayed at.
