We especially appreciated the hotel's owner, who welcomed us warmly
and personally, and, in spite of a language barrier, took the time to
give us tons of great insight into the region. Thanks to his thoughtful
suggestions, our daytrips from Corcubion were filled with amazing views,
natural treasures, pristine and isolated beaches. The hotel itself is
spotless, new, with beautiful views onto the bay and a gorgeous outdoor
terrace perfect for sunny breakfasts or apéros.

The room is nicely designed, with beautiful double-panelled windows, interesting royal sun design on ceiling, carbed stone wall in bathroom. Bird on ledge next to bathroom was a great touch! Bathroom has a warm, aesthetic feel. Overlooks main entry way for pilgrims on Camino de Santiago. Decent breakfast offered. Friendly staff--speak Spanish and French, some English.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, good location. The room was very inviting and comfortable. Bright, warm with awesome windows. Shuttered doors leading onto enclosed sun room. All the windows in the sun room opened. My only regret is that I didn't have enough time to lounge in the room more. -

When I first arrived I didn’t like the look of it because I thought I was in the middle of nowhere. But it is just a short walk from a great beach. And a 10 minute drive away from a massive beach. O’Grove was especially nice and the fish is to die for. The island of Toxa is worth a visit and you can go into the posh old Hotel for a coffee.
