Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

We liked the fact that it was in a central location, close to many shops and local restaurants. The beds were amazing and had many great night sleeps. We also got upgraded to suites which was fantastic with nice views of the beach. The spa was also very much enjoyable. Linda in reception was fantastic and very helpful. Shame she wasn't around when we left. Excellent member of staff.

This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. -
1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff.

The hotel is well run and clean. Staff are overall friendly and helpful. The Hotel was not too busy and the many swimming pools allowed for a different location to sunbath during the week. harbour and marina. Facilities within the hotel are generally excellent.
Cleanliness and hygiene are taken very seriously, with staff constantly
monitoring areas and addressing issues as appropriate.

The staff are superb any time of day or night! The sense of peace you get throughout the hotel. The facilities are excellent. I've seen bad comments about the breakfast and evening food in the restaurant. All in all we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Tenerife. There seems to be a debate about the rating of the hotel on this site (4* or 5*). All in all the hotel is beautiful and providing your are not a complete fusspot you'd find it hard to fault it.

Really good hotel with excellent location. It was our second hotel during that trip. Both of them were very good. Adventures for morning and afternoon and relax in SPA for evening. You'll be all the time above the clouds. You'll see Tenerife and beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend having trips to Roce Nublo and Tejeda city. What a charming small town! Tejeda is in the center of island. You can visit any place you'd like to. Maspalomas, Las Palmas etc.

We had a wonderful week - the staff could not have been more helpful,
everything we asked for appeared immediately E.G. extra pillows,
blankets etc. The pools were well situated and the quiet, adult only
ones were a great idea for us - we could lie in the sun reading
undisturbed, with the occasional dip in the pool to cool down. There
were plenty of loungers offering sun or shade as required. The food was
excellent - plenty of choice and variety at every meal - always fresh

The peaceful area, not too many people at this time of the year.. - The vieuw was beautiful and it was very quiet. Staff was very nice,especially Lynn Prins from the reception.
