  I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here. Beach, shops and restuarants on your doorstep. Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. Lucia and Isabel were so obliging and welcoming. Will definitely return with family.

  Great location to nightlife and beach with a decent pool and poolside bar. Large private balconies with pretty views. It is basic accommodation but a similar standard to other places in the area claiming to be 3 stars at double the price. - Great value for money.   The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!! Emma in the restaurant was just fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds at the poolside ... vad folk säger » ( which was very clean). A great place to holiday - It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier. Al in all very enjoyable stay! - It was our first trip to Playa del Ingles, and the hotel and place was a lot better than we expected.   I asked for a downstairs apartment and that is what I got. I stayed with my two elderly parents and they loved it. If you need anything ask.... yes it is a bit dated and wouldn't recommend for people with young kids as the pool is more adult orientated. Lovely and quite and full kitchen facilities location is amazing just a 2 second walk out ont... vad folk säger » o the new town main strip. The staff are a credit to this apartment block! well done! - I love this place and have stayed there 2 or 3 times already. It's a family run business and they treat their guests a bit like family too. Javier will help you out with tips for your holiday and is always on hand to helpp out, if needed. They don't chare you for silly things like safe keys and the loan of a DVD player and I feel very 'ay home' when there. It's also great value for money and the apartments are a good size.
