  The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. - Everything.   The hotel accommodations have recently been (extravagantly) refurbished and the rooms have a 'new' look. Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel.   Very attractive apartment hotel in the heart of Playa D'en Bossa. I stayed in a Junior Suite. My apartment was: two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), kitchen (cooker, kettle, fridge, microwave oven and tableware), a sitting room (sofa, coffee table and dining table, LCD TV, alarm clock, charger for the iPhone), bathroom (showe... vad folk säger » r, toilet) and a balcony. In the courtyard of the hotel complex has two swimming pools, a restaurant, Spa and even entry into the minimarket. The brea - The staff was very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to stay at the swimming pool after check out and use showers and clean towels before heading to the airport. Room cleaning service every day. Nice breakfasts with a buffet of a wide choice, but might be boring for a longer stay. Loved the mysic played by DJs by the pool, but might be too noisy for those with small children or searching for quiet holidays.

  Just got back and everything about this place is as good as earlier reviews say it is. I was tempted not to add comments so I could keep this gem to myself. The Hotel Illa d'Or has a magnificent setting, with wonderful views both of sea and mountains; and located in a quiet spot towards the end of the Pine Walk, which makes a lovely short promenade to the centre.   Nothing to add too much more than that I really enjoyed stay at the hotel with three other friends. Large rooms with facilities of a good standard. Has a restaurant with delicious food at the hotel itself, a kitchenette with all the tools to cook when you want, balcony with pool view, young crowd and vibrant puts you in the mood of Ibiza. Friendly... vad folk säger » staff is always helpful when needed. Of course the hotel is in an excellent location, close to all the rush of Playa den Bossa. Highly recommended an - location, other people in hotel were friendly and there was always a party atmosphere by the pool, however when you wante to get to sleep you could.
