  We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. The classes on offer were great and we really enjoyed the gym. This was one of the best and most comfortable European holidays we have taken. - The two in... vad folk säger » door pools were perfect! We selected this resort specifically because we knew it would be raining and cold and we would need something to do with the kids indoors. The rooms were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and we found a zipline park just a few miles away. It was a fantastic few days away for our family.

  Loved the design of this place. Very clean (I'm fussy!), well supplied with extras such as blankets, cot, kitchen equipment, towels etc. Toiletries were a little slim, we got just a bottle of shower gel, and no shampoos etc. It has great decor with character, and is laidy out beautifully. Cleverly laid out however, it is comfortable and the owner/manager was in contact and happy to assist - The apartment was stunning! It was located right on the front next to the beach/harbour and slept 4 (2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms). The lady previously emailed with an address of the property before we arrived and met us there for a briefing before we were left to enjoy! Apartment is in a residential block and boasts 24hr security at the front desk. Could just hop over wall to roof top pool. I understand other apartments are located elsewhere but this 1 was perfect!

  Location: at the seaside with beautiful views. Good and large breakfast, good cuisine. We booked a studio, but when we arrived the building with the studio's was closed. We were upgraded to a junior suite with balcony and seaview. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. All the staff speak English. Despite the nearness of that highway you don't hear any of it in the hotel or in your room. A lovely place to relax a - I don't usually bother writing reviews but I feel compelled to say a few lines about El Ocean. What a great place. You can't fault it for anything, great service, amazing pool, killer views and excellent food in the restaurant. It was the perfect finish to our holiday in Europe prior to our return to New Zealand. Thumbs up to John and the team.

  We knew that this is just an apartment in Puerto Banus. Do not expect design apartment! Its simple,its clean with kitchen and bathroom but this is it! The beds are normally separate beds in one-bedroom apt. In the heart of Puerto Banus what was perfect for us! Japanese restaurant just on the ground floor of the building,beauty saloons,cafe,banks..... vad folk säger » .Bars,night life,restaurants just one min away.It is perfect who knows the place and doesn't want to spend for 5 star hotel.The garage below the build - everything the staff were the most friendly helpful and informative ive ever experienced the accomadation was very spacious and in a great location and was cleaner than most 4 star hotels weve stayed in and they had everything you needed and more .we were spoilt for choice at the amount of pools and beautiful open gardens it was so peaceful and a real sun trap

  The holiday started great with the greeting from the receptionist, she was professional, pleasant and extremely helpful. Our apartment was perfect for us and extremely clean with a great view of the sea. The 2 pools were ideal with a family orientated larger one with a bar and smaller quieter one. We would definately go there again. - Clean, well... vad folk säger » equipped very spacious. We had a car so the hill did not bother us. The grounds were meticulously maintained and beautiful. We spent 3 fantastic days there and would return again. Our apartment had two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, patio and grass garden for sunbathing and a fantastic sea view. Heaven

  Spacious apartment. Large terrace with dining table and seating. Clean. It seems to me, that there is a difference between the apartments. Ours was furnished all white in design style (glass, metal). Good view at the sea.
