We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility. Overall a great hotel. - I liked the peace and tranquility, the spa installations and treatment, and the comfortable bed.

We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.

We wanted a relaxing end to our Spain holiday and this was perfect. The
staff were what made the hotel exceptional, Ronnie and Lorena were very
kind, knowledgable, excellent with our children, friendly and always

beach 5 minutes away. There were lots of restaurants nearby, a favorite

The rooms were very well appointed there were a lot of extra touches. The 3 separate pool areas plus child pool really spread out the guests so not too crowded. We were there in October so I cant comment to what it would be like in peak season. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
