The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

Everything is lovely at this hotel as long as you have good weather.
The food was better than ever and our room was quite large as a side sea view room, certainly enough for two people.
We have stayed at this hotel at least 12 times over the last 10 years and we are returning to the hotel again in July. -

We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. The classes on offer were great and we really enjoyed the gym. This was one of the best and most comfortable European holidays we have taken. -

The rooms were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and we found a zipline park just a few miles away. It was a fantastic few days away for our family.

This hotel is perfect! A place to get spoiled in every way every day.
The rooms are decored beautifully and the material used is luxury
quality. The staff is so polite and serviceminded. The hotel placed by
the sea with fantastic seaview. An elevatorride away from the beach and
seashore where you can walk for miles. And a long this walk you pass
many restaurants and bars. I really recommend Mamma Gina. They have
fantastic italian food. And the habor in Benalmadena is definitely worth
a visit. T
