  Great location just accross Cathedral, very helpful staff, great bar onthe top vith a magnificant view over Cathedral, friendly atmosophere,good breakfast, pool on the roof, everything is new and modern, room wasvery comfortable with great decoration.   Hotellets läge till stranden - We loved our room!!!! It was very spacious and the outdoor porch was fantastic and very peaceful. Our room was always clean. The staff was very prompt and curtious with every request we made. We also had a view of the pool and a little bit of the sea....very beautiful. Breakfast was great.   We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility. Overall a great hotel. - I liked the peace and tranquility, the spa installations and treatment, and the comfortable bed.

  The concept of the hotel was unsurpassed. The old palace with modern facilities, the design, everything!!! We're very experienced travellers, and usually stay only in 5starsGL hotels, like 4 seasons, but this hotel absolutely worse forgetting the GL part.   We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. I would recommend anyone who stays here to check in as early as possible and leave as late as you can to reap the full benefits of this excellent boutique hotel! :-) A true 5* service!   Most of the staff did not speak any English , though all were veryfriendly and did whatever they can to help , this hotel is a piece oftreasured history built in 1561 , you get first hand experience ofliving during the aristocratic times - the hotel has a very special atmosphere. The rooms are decorated in a very nice way. the staff is friendly.

  We wanted a relaxing end to our Spain holiday and this was perfect. The staff were what made the hotel exceptional, Ronnie and Lorena were very kind, knowledgable, excellent with our children, friendly and always had a smile for us. We had a family room on the ground floor that opened up to a patio and then the gardens, very private and led to the... vad folk säger » pool area. There were activities for the kids every day and there was a beach 5 minutes away. There were lots of restaurants nearby, a favorite was S - The rooms were very well appointed there were a lot of extra touches. The 3 separate pool areas plus child pool really spread out the guests so not too crowded. We were there in October so I cant comment to what it would be like in peak season. We didn't visit the spa but the location on the beach is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff (especially in the information desk which provided lots of sightseeing info, maps, resevation). A very large, comfortable and clean room.
