This is a remote place and out of season. I think I was the only client the night I stayed.
The hotel catering facilities were closed, but plenty of good choices in town. -
Friendly and helpful staff. Not on tourist route but very comfortable.

The staff are very helpful and genuinely keen to serve us. Walking distance to many touristic sights, cafes and restaurants. Heads up to the cleaning lady who cleans up the room everyday! Big plus. It's a fairly good hotel. It should be rated more than 1 star. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels which could be considered worse than Puerta Carmona. The location is excellent: near coach and train station and also to the historical city centre. I arrived very early and could check in at 6 am!

Room was superb, and hotel location - The room and service from the staff were excellent and the room was very good value for money, clean with a good view and balcony. We were shown to our room which was more than we got at a 4 star hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location, it is an easy walk to both the
new and the old towns. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed.
The room temperature was also comfortable for this time of year. The
bathroom was a good size and did not fog-up, or get wet after a shower.
The WiFi worked well in the room and the tv had 2 English channel

This is a very nice hotel and a good value in Malaga. I paid about
$60/night for a double. The room was large and clean and the bed was
extremely comfortable. The hotel is located right next to a highway, so
there was some street noise, but it was not as bad as I expected
(although I sleep with ear plugs anyway). The hotel is right next to the
city's old quarter, and about a 20 minute walk (or 5 minute cab
ride) to the beach. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

Very clean and comfortable, although we only stayed one night.The staff member was very informative and welcoming. Rooms were new and had everything you required. Pool was lovely. -
