The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids) -
it was near the airport and about a ten minute walk into the main town, it was nice and quiet, rooms were fine, nice

Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. vänlig personal - Very good standard of decor. Reasonable price for internet (1 Euro for 15 minutes). Grounds very well maintained. - Apartments are perfectly located and are within walking distance of everything. Chambermaids were very nice.
