Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Show cooking was excellent - japanese,indian,chinese, mediterranean themes.Drinks in hotel bars were pricey. Entertainment every night was to a good standard. Enjoyed our stay. - Excellent location, food excellent, "eat till you drop". Beautiful hot

Very quiet no roudiness, Nightly entertainment in very large well decorated function room with glass doors leading to terrace overlooking sea. Hotel really clean, all publin areas very well decorated and toilets FIRST CLASS. Reception and resturant staff most helpful.

Everything :) Nice peaceful, not for the serious party goer but just where you need to be when you want a bit of R & R.
Well equipped rooms, on-site shop. Air Con is additional to the price on letsbookhotel.com, at 5€ a day, worth it!
Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!

Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision. Location of hotel was perfect,

- Rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable
- Good location and very near the shops, restaurants of Puerto del Carmen. Pocillos Beach is on the doorstep but it's too windy for sunbathing...however lots of other beaches nearby

This is an amazing hotel - the private beach is gorgeous, water very
clean and all grounds very well maintained. Beautiful palm trees that

We liked the grounds of the hotel and the way they were laid out. Lots
of little areas in which to relax on sunloungers etc. Particularly liked
the little cove when it wasnt breezy. Hotel was a bit dated but very
clean and staff were pleasant in the main - one person in particular
stood out - Lito on reception who was extremely professional, helpful
and always good humoured. Breakfast & dinner were reasonably good
though there were occasions when the staff very obviously wanted us to
