  The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers.   - Very budget friendly - great value. - Location is excellent - a stone's throw from the Avenida De Las Playas, beaches, bars and shops. - Pool area is very nice and getting a sunbed wasn't a problem. - Staff very friendly and helpful. - The apartments are clean, well furnished and the maid service is spot on. - I stayed all-inclusive on my first ... vad folk säger » visit and the food was good too - lots of variety. I visit the island regularly and will definitely use Relaxia Lanzaplaya again. - The location was absolutely brilliant. Only a very short walk from the main strip,beach and lots of activities. Taxi into the old town only about €3. The rooms were very clean and cleaned often. Our apartment was high at the back and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, and we managed to extend out stay by an extra night in the same apartment for the same rate. I would highly recommend it.

  Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Our plane landed late at night and they were waiting for us at the reception desk as agreed.   We enjoyed our stay a lot and would love to return again.   When I booked the Guinate apartments I was worried as there was a lot of negative feedback. Before we arrived at the Guinate we were given a code to access a small box outside the entrance to collect the keys. This was easy to do. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. At the Guinate the cooking pots were excellent. It a - Visited alone without the family and was exactly what I needed. Was not out for luxury or night clubs but to be able to relax after a busy period. Was a peaceful place to stay. The possibility to have your own keys to the main gate to the area was great. Standard was basic with not too tiny rooms. Very friendly personal. Can really really go there back also with the family

Excellent staff, 2 mins walk to the Matagorda centro, full of bars, places to eat and a Spar. Really can't praise Nautilus enough and will def be back!!
